Changes to your booking (date, time, pickup location, vehicle) can be made subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of the event may incur additional charges. Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability and price difference.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Follow all directions of the chauffeur regarding safety
  • Wear seatbelts as required by Western Australian law
  • Not exceed the vehicle's stated passenger capacity
  • Not smoke, vape, or use illegal substances in the vehicle

For bookings involving minors (school balls, under-18 events), alcohol is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur will enforce this policy.

7. Damage and Cleaning

Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning required as a result of their use. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged for excessive mess (e.g., vomiting, spills, stains). Damage to the vehicle will be assessed and charged at repair cost.

  • Delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Injuries arising from passenger conduct that violates these terms

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Vehicle Substitution

In the rare event that the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a suitable replacement vehicle at no additional cost. If a replacement of equal or greater value cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

10. Overtime

If your event runs beyond the booked time, additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to vehicle availability. The chauffeur will inform you before overtime charges begin.
